The following are eligible to be partners: CSOs or other public and private organisations, commercial or non-commercial, and also informal groups from Poland and the other Beneficiary States (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary), from the Donor States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) or from countries neighbouring Poland but not in the EEA (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine), or pan-government organisations.
