Cooperation between Beneficiary States that make use of EEA funds (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia).
