Cookbook

It is said that food tastes better when shared with friends. When asking our international colleagues for their favourite recipes, we wanted to get to know their customs, tastes, and favourite flavours. It was important to us that the dishes were chosen by people with whom we are frequently in touch. We believe that this book will reinforce our cooperation and lend it additional meaning. When making a cheese pie from Croatia, we will think of Branka, and when we want to feel like we are on a holiday – we will reach for Ilyiana’s Bulgarian recipe. Once summer is over, it will be time for Kataryna’s Ukrainian dish with apples and nuts. Norwegian Fårikål made according to Csillo’s recipe will be ideal in winter; and when broad beans are in season, the Maltese kusksu soup recommended by Claudia. The food is just an excuse to think warmly about the given person, to make a phone call, to find out how they are doing, to reach out for an update on the situation in their country. We therefore hope that, thanks to the recipes we have collected during the pandemic, you will not only expand your culinary repertoire, but also feel a sense of curiosity about the world and expand your network of contacts.
